We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Telegram is usually faster for short questions; for anything that requires attachments or more detail, email works best.
EA vendors and developers
We accept review requests — but on strict terms. Our reviews are never paid, sponsored, or pre-approved, and submitting an EA does not guarantee coverage or a favorable outcome.
If you’re comfortable with independent, evidence-based testing, send us a link to your product page, the recommended settings or set files, and any independently verifiable live results you can share.

If your question concerns a specific service or account, include enough information for us to identify and investigate your request. Never send us your trading password or other account credentials.
Corrections
Every analysis we publish is built on backtest and trade-level evidence, and we stand behind our work.
If you believe you’ve found a factual error, let us know. We review correction requests and update published material when a correction is warranted.
What we don’t do
We do not provide personal trading or investment advice, and we do not recommend specific EAs for purchase.
Our role is to test, analyze, and document how these systems behave under defined conditions. The final decision is always yours.
